Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Professional include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing page.
What's the minimum number of seats?
Paid plans (Starter and Professional) require a minimum of 2 seats. The Free plan supports 1–5 users with no minimum.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% compared to monthly. Starter drops from $5 to $4.25/user/mo; Professional drops from $8 to $6.80/user/mo.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the workspace billing page. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period with no fees. You can export all your data before you leave.
What is the price-lock guarantee?
The per-seat rate in effect when you first subscribe to a paid plan is locked for 24 months from that date (free-plan time doesn't start the clock). Adding or removing seats never changes your locked per-seat rate. Four things to know: it applies to the plan you're subscribed to (upgrading adopts the new tier's then-current rate, which then locks for the rest of your window); it covers per-seat plan rates, not future add-ons; price decreases apply to everyone; and after 24 months, any increase is announced at least 60 days ahead.
