Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan supports up to 5 users and includes unlimited time entries. It is limited to 3 active projects and 3 clients. No credit card required — your workspace is ready in seconds.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the workspace billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.

Do you support multiple clients or organizations?

Yes. Each workspace is one organization. You can be a member of multiple workspaces under a single login — useful for consultants and agencies managing several clients.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Every report exports to CSV. Invoices export as clean PDFs. The API gives you structured JSON access to all resources for custom integrations or data warehouse pulls.

How does invoicing work?

Set billable rates at the client, project, class, or user level. Pull approved time entries into invoice line items in one step. Export the invoice as a PDF and send it to your client.

What's the difference between Starter and Professional?

Starter includes unlimited users, projects, and clients, plus 20+ built-in reports, time tracking, and audit logging. Professional adds invoicing and billing profiles, API access, and advanced reporting. Enterprise adds custom SSO, optional on-premises deployment, no user cap, and a dedicated account manager.

Is my data isolated from other tenants?

Yes. Every workspace runs in its own schema with its own credentials. Your data cannot be accessed by other workspaces, even on the same server.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees. You can export your data before you leave.
